Hours:  Part time & Full time

Certification:   NCCP Foundations trained/certified or above


Job description: responsibilities and expectations

Richmond Gymnastics Association (RGA) is growing and growing fast. RGA is in search for Recreational coaches to be part of their Recreational Gymnastics Coaching Team and/lead the Interclub program.

- NCCP Foundations or higher. Previous coaching experience preferred.
- First aid/CPR-C ans asset or willing to take the course
- Criminal record check to be completed
- Willing to embody all tasks related to the job eg: programming, parent interaction and attend local meets, if required

- Willing to organise, plan and conduct the Recreational/Interclub program and perform all tasks ancillary to running the program successfully

Hours and salary:
Part time, mostly weekend mornings and weekday evenings. Time of participation can be determined on mutual availability and understanding.

Program Services Coordinator

Hours:  Part time with potential to grow into full time soon


Job description: responsibilities and expectations

- Process program registrations, prepare/maintain paper and/electronic files on information/details with respect to all members/programs
- Provide administrative support to Program Leaders, as required
- Receive, resolve or redirect parental inquiries for facility/programs
- Oversee and review coach/staff hours for payroll
- Maintain general cleanliness of the gymnastics facility and any other tasks associated with the same, liaise with vendors, parent volunteers
- Review website and social media to ensure program information and details are up-to-date and accurate

Desired qualifications:

- Proficient with MS Office, and willingness to learn the functioning/implementation of registration software. Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an added benefit
- A minimum of 1 year or more of work in a non-profit environment or other related administrative/customer support experience
- Ability to address queries from parents and general public professionally
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and function effectively without continuous direction
- Establish work priorities, excellent multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Previous experience with a sports facility preferred. Education received in sport science or related field or active interest in any sport will be an added benefit
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in using social media and experience in online marketing or willingness to learn would be a benefit
