Ben Cleroux got his start in gymnastics in high school, and hasn’t looked back since. He has been involved in the sport for 4 years, and has been coaching at the recreational level for 2 years, starting off by helping coach his former high school and high schools in North Vancouver. He is NCCP-certified in fundamental movement skills, a trained competitive coach, a certified parkour coach, and a judge for Men’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Ben is currently completing a degree in Kinesiology, and will complete a diploma in Sport Science at Douglas College in Winter 2019.
Ben is the Lead Recreational Coach at RGA, as well as the coach of the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics program, and would love to see you in the gym sometime!

Kristy took her first gymnastics class when she was about 5 years old, but stopped shortly after. She resumed gymnastics at age 10 again and hasn’t stopped since. She has a few years of Interclub and HighSchool gymnastics experience with her. She chose to start coaching gymnastics since she absolutely loves the sport and wants stay in touch with it through coaching and mentoring other budding gymnasts. She has always admired her coaches and now she wants to be part of the same coaching philosophy that instills the bonding, discipline and love of the sport to athletes.
In her free time, she likes to be outdoors with her friends, family and her pet dog. She also loves playing badminton and biking around in the summer. She is also fond of taking pictures and editing videos.

Sharanvir Kang is a recreational coach with RGA, and has been coaching gymnastics for the last 8 years. She competed in gymnastics till age 14 and did competitive level dance until age 17. Sharan completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology at Simon Fraser University and has future plans to be a police officer.
In her free time, Sharan loves to be active and outdoors doing activities such as running, kayaking, and hiking!
