Superchievers

This program is for athletes looking to commit more than one day a week to gymnastics and explore the possibility of joining a team program in the near future. Participants learn to stay focused and disciplined, want to become stronger and flexible, and really enjoy learning a wide variety of skills. Any participant registered in our recreational/Gymnastics for All program is welcome to join this program if there is a willingness to excel!

Firecrackers (girls only)

A girls-only class. This program can be seen as a stepping stone to our WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) Canadian Competitive program (CCP) and/ Xcel program.

Duration: 1hr 25min (twice a week)
Age: 5 - 7 yrs (at program commencement)
Skill list: as per Canadian Competitive Program guidelines
Training conducted on all Women’s apparatuses (Beam, Floor, Uneven Bars, Vault)

No experience necessary.

Advanced Challenger (co-ed)

A co-ed class for both boys and girls. This program is for those who intend to take classes two days a week, and challenge themselves to achieve higher skills in a recreational program. This program can be seen as a stepping stone to a MAG (Men’s Artistic Gymnastics) and WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) competitive program.

Duration: 1hr 25min (twice a week)
Age: 6 - 9 yrs (at program commencement)
Skill list: as per FIG MAG pathway, and Canadian Competitive Program guidelines

As per class profile and registration, training conducted on Women’s apparatuses (Beam, Floor, Uneven Bars, Vault) and the Men’s apparatuses (parallel bars, floor, vault, rings, pommel horse, horizontal bar)

No experience necessary.

Important note:
a. All classes are subject to change or cancellation based on enrollment and coach availability
b. Parents will be advised 3 days in advance if there is any cancellation
c. Progress reports will be provided towards the end of the semester
