As a non-profit sports association, which constantly strives to adhere to its mission, vision and values while aiming to provide the best experience in the sport of gymnastics to its members, we look forward to the support of our community for some projects we undertake. From time to time, we introduce some fundraising activities that help us raise funds for designated projects. We call it the ‘give some, take some’ initiative.

Fundraising activities are an important source of income for a non-profit and essential to the fiscal viability of our programs that are offered to the community at large.

The current project is the “Gym enhancement fund” where we are raising money to purchase equipment for the gym. With the number of classes we offer to all members of the community, which requires a wide range of equipment to serve the training needs of every age and skill level, the equipment needs to be replaced frequently. Quality, professional equipment helps children learn faster, with greater confidence and precision. We look forward to your support in helping us reach our ‘perfect 10’!

Every little bit counts and members of the TEAM program have a yearly fundraising commitment amount. RGA works to organize various fundraising events throughout the year to help members achieve their commitment!

  • All members must pay the minimum fundraising commitment ($60 for S2023-24) at the time of registration.

  • Any funds raised through initiatives are applied towards the minimum deposit only. e.g.: a member pays the fundraising commitment amount at the time of registration and raises $20 through one event. $20 will be refunded to the member. But if a member raised $120 through an event, only the minimum commitment will be refunded.

Purdys SEASON CHEER 2023

For Season Cheer 2023, Richmond Gymnastics is fundraising with Purdys Chocolatier, just in time to bring in some delicious cheer during this upcoming holiday season. It's never too early for chocolates and caramel! 

A great opportunity for TEAM program members who would like to contribute to their annual fundraising commitment.

How to order:

  1. Click here to visit the Purdys website campaign page

  2. Enter your email address and click ‘Join Campaign’.

  3. After you have registered, go to 'shop online' and then go to 'marketplace'. You will be able to see the assortment of goodies to purchase. 

    OR if you have already supported us in the past, simply enter your email address and click ’join a campaign’. Our most recent campaign will show up.

  4. Simply click on your desired items, add them to the cart, and check out!
