Know more about attire and items athletes must bring with them when they arrive for class.

Things to keep in mind when taking measurements for some items below so that the right size is ordered:

Supplies needed
- Flexible measuring tape eg: sewing/body measuring tape to conduct measurements
- Notepad to note measurements

How to measure
- Understand how the selected/ ordered garment will be worn or fit. Accordingly, the child must wear appropriate clothing or undergarments when being measured for a garment
- Please read full instructions in the order form before placing the order since there are no exchanges or returns.

    Available in various fabrics and designs. Please come by the RGA office to see available stock and pick up what fits or what you like.

  • Grips

    Please come by the RGA office to see available stock (Athletes must be recommended by the coach to buy grips, and must be sized by the coach). Worn only when preferred by an athlete during training on Uneven Bars.
    Sizes: 0-3 | Buckle strap

  • Wrist Bands (also known as wrist guards in gymnastics)

    Please come by the RGA office to see available stock. Usually worn under grips to protect the wrists. These bands/guards are longer than the usual wrist bands.
    Color: White | One Size | $10 and up

  • Gym Shorts

    Perfect black gym shorts (without a large logo). Can be worn with a training or competition leotard.
    Sizes: Youth 4 - Teen L

Mandatory Items ONLY for Team program athletes

  • Team Jacket (for CCP, Xcel. HS Xcel, and Dev athletes)

    The team jacket is mandatory for all team (competitive program) athletes. This is irrespective of whether an athlete is participating in competitions or not. Athletes who purchased a jacket in 2024-25 season (black with red panels) do not need to purchase a new jacket (unless it no longer fits).

  • RGA Training Leotard S25-26

    The training leotard is mandatory for all team athletes irrespective of whether an athlete is competing or not. Athletes who have a training leotard from the 2024-25 season, irrespective of the team, do not need to purchase a new training leotard (unless it no longer fits).

    Each team has a different colour training leotard.

  • Competitive Leotard

    The team/competitive leotard is mandatory for every competing athlete. This leotard is part of the competition uniform and is worn when participating in competitions.
